So my high-school football team lost the state semi-final 5-3.

Greatest game of my life, couldn't have picked a better way to end my football career (well, except for, you know, a championship). Gonna miss it but It's a great way to close this first chapter of my life and move on.

my old high school went 9-1, best record ever. however, they were 59th of 61 1A teams in my state in strength of schedule.

they lost to a 4-6 team in the playoffs. one that when i was a senior and was 4-6, we beat on the road in the playoffs. by 14.

My high school once won a conference championship game 1-0 on a punt that went out of bounds in the end zone with no time remaining. Mind you the conditions of the field were that of mud soup. Wasn't there but I certinly would have loved to be there.
