Apehoop fans, I pose a question. Why do you watch a sport that is as real as the WWE? What fun is cheering on teams that have little to no say in the outcome?

This board shits on wrestling and says it's not a sport, but seems to treat NBA as a sport. So why do you watch the NBA? Serious question from someone who prefers sports where the outcome isn't predetermined..

ITT faggots who don't realize that basketball is a game where the teams with the best players will consistently dominate.

The reason why March Madness has so many upsets is because it's a one-and-done scenario. In a 7-game series the best team almost always wins. Doesn't mean its rigged, although I will agree that the refs do favor the home teams.

I don't know if you can call it predetermined, but there is definite bias toward players and teams. Sports are entertainment and it's still entertaining if you don't take the results too seriously. There are people who cheer for John Cena and people who cheer for an NBA team. You're still rooting for a result you want even if it is sort of influenced.
