What options do you think a Computer Science student from Korea attending a school in the US have in terms of his future career?

I want to work in the US after getting my BA, but wouldn't it be practically impossible to get a job? =/ mainly because of my 1)lack of experience in the field and 2) lack of residenceship/citizenship (meaning having to find a sponsor for the working visa..)

I can speak Japanese and Korean as well. But, I'm not like a coding wiz... just an average CS student. Maybe I should learn more C and Linux.
