So my old DM's got the itch again and wants to run another D&D game. Only catch - old school races/classes only, no crazy/bizarre bullshit.
So after snooping around, I've settled on a Human Barbarian (was gonna do a half-orc, but apparently the region doesn't really have full orcs, let alone halves.)
However, I don't really want an outdoorsy barb. I just want a guy who learned how to fight the hard way - back alleys, barfights, being constantly outnumbered, and that may have some aggression issues.
At the end of the day, he's a big eatin', heavy drinkin', dirty whorin', boot stompin' city boy who plays a jaw harp. Sorta thinking "what if Ron Perlman played Brock Samson in a D&D campaign?"
What else can I add to this? how can I improve this?
