The idea arose in a thread yesterday, and it is a pretty funny one.
In this version of D&D, the archfiends of the lower planes are a bit more human-like, and less overtly malevolent.
In particular, this thread concerns Malcanthet. The demon queen of succubi has realized that going "Legit" is more fun, and lets her mess more with people. She has opened a series of spas across the material planes, where adventurers and other wealthy mortals can pop in to have makeovers. Anything from a quick hairstyling to a full-body polymorph-clone-switch is possible. Also, the spas feature counciling in sexual matters by Mal's extremely experienced staff. Of course, the staff will usually recommend a makeover as a solution for sexual malaise. They are there to make money after all.
So, for example a couple who have felt their relation grow stale may exit the spa as a pair of (apparent) twin sisters, with forged papers to boot.
Thoughts? Also what would the other demon lords be doing to make money and get popular in this setting?
