Sure, you'd essentially be repopulating the planet, but unless you've got a minimum number of people interbreeding, you're going to run into MAJOR problems down the line. In fact, the minimum to create a sustainable level of genetic diversity is somewhere around 1000 peeps (and that's ABSOLUTE minimum).
