Do you let casuals play in your D&D games?
I do not. I feel like if they don't know/know very little/are slow about the rules it just bogs down the game and shits up everyones' good time.
I feel kind of bad for not introducing new people to the game, but honestly I kind of like it that way. It might be a little nerdy/hipster of me, but when I was a kid back in 1989 first playing teenage D&D, it was something that you would NEVER tell anyone about. It should be kind of secret and shameful imho
