So, there's one player in my Pathfinder group who wants to play as a Warforged Barbarian. Yeah, non-traditional class choice there, but he likes simple hitting things characters so he can focus on Roleplaying. So, I need to know what book 3.5 had Warforged as player characters, where in said books, or if I should just bullshit something.

On a related note, I'm thinking of making Warforged semi-organic, like powerful warriors who died but were preserved by some long-dead civilization. The reason he isn't some god at first level is that he hasn't had a repair by a competent mechanic for years, and has had half his memory unit ripped out. As he levels up, parts of his body become functional again due to finding spare parts or simply learning how to use them again. All the barbarian-ness can be explained by his backstory, or some kind of programming or whatever.
