I m starting a new campaign and I need some city maps.where can i find them?

tl;dr: where can I find d& 3,5 city maps?

You in college? Take an architectural drafting class. They normally cover the basics of old-style city planning in the first week or so and then you go on to drafting some buildings. Plus it'll take care of your art requisite in most cases.
