Dark Brown -> Mid brown -> Light brown ->Light Brown/Bleached Bone (50/50).
Bleached Bone highlight in center of scroll, blend outwards to browned/yellowed edges.

Exact paints should be a matter of preference and the main army colours, Khermi Brown is a pretty good base layer though.

One more thing - Devlan Mud is excellent for accenting torn edges.
