This is a bastardization of the wish. Defining all portions is something the dm should never allow, unless they wanna slide the DM screen over to said player, and let them have the star role in their own game.
First of all, your wishes make the game no fun. You seem to be asking for help in eliminating more dice rolls. Go find an rp forum.
Second. The well of wishes. My favorite, and usually ONLY means of granting all powerful wishes to players. Because part of the ad&d description was, it uses the words they said, not necessarily all of them. IE Short wishes. None of this "I'm gonna define it all" bull crap. If you're gonna do that kind of power mongering, I'll slam it right back and make you burn a wish just to know what the hell you said in the first one. As no one in feudal society knows that much about cardio-vascular systems and quantum mental states.
And before you get your pantie in a bind about those two, theres a time limit on the card. By your reasoning, I could see your char having the mentality and what they'd wish for planned out, in the 3 wish scenario. Doesn't mean you have the clarity of mind to get it all out. I'd either pull out a stopwatch, or roll your charisma and wisdom. Make sure you don't fat tongue anything, or just simply misspeak.
So given your word to fuckupable ratio, you'd be dead.
Plus, with what you gave, as you gave it. I'd give you it all. Then either trap you, trap you as per trap the soul, or skyrocket you into the far post apocolyptic future. Have fun being god in a dead world.
