I rather like the new dark eldar wyches I think they did a good job on them and I rather like some of the hair styles, my favorite being the bun held in place with 2 bones ( I considered for a while making a female space marine army to make /tg/ rage) I might consider using them for a Chaos sisters army if they ever get a new book/models.

other than eldar though...well I like the ork burna heads with the respirators, as well as the welder head with the cigar (I've used that a few times).

Not a big fan of any of the IG heads...except for ol' scar face from the cadian command squad.

best un-hemeted head for CSM is either the multi-eyed possessed or the respirator with a top knot.

just my opinions but yeah....

Orks are by-and-large pretty good.

for metal.. well, IG metals are full of character. Yarrick, Straken, Harker, the pompous cadian general, most of the classic IG range..
