I have seen a good deal of truely epic wargames stories in the past few days. How about a truely epic tactical failure thread. Not poor dice rolls, or random bad luck. But ridiculous, mind numbingly stupid decisions that you have made during a game.
Being a new player, I have these a plenty.

>Surrounded by a loyalist Land Raider and a dreadnought
>Deepstrike my Terminators w/ chainfist in front of Land Raider thinking they can kill it.
>Heavy flamers kill two, tac-sqaud pops out and kills the rest
>185 points down the drain.
