>>14784760The Fey Pact warlock (hexblade) can receive lots of support from Deft Blade, Lasting Frost, Wintertouched, Gloves of Ice, a Siberys Shard of the Mage, etc. etc., but you have to be joking if you're saying it's borderline broken. Look at how many feats that takes.
BIG EXCEPTION: Gloom Pact warlock (hexblade). 1d10 one-handed weapon with reach, its melee basic attack slides 1 and inflicts a -2 penalty to attack rolls, and its scaling encounter power targets two creatures, dazes, and gives you partial concealment. It has less *maximum* (what happens when you drop all your feats onto it and leave yourself with nothing else) potential as the Fey Pact hexblade, but it sure is a lot better out of the box and gives you more feats to spend as you like.
The hexblade is, like, one of the weakest classes in the game right now, down there with the new Essentials assassin.
