Been making a psyker for my game and I ran into a snag: How do you determine the number of powers you have? He's got a psy rating of 2 and a willpower of 40.

Any help is appreciated. Pic unrelated

Yeah dude, I think it says in the Talents how many Powers you get....or something like that

As this man said, each Psy Rating talent bestows additional powers on the character when it's obtained. Characters can also earn additional powers through other advances, of course.

If Psy Rating 2 is all he has then he'll have 4 minor powers. Psy Rating 1 gives you 1/2 WP bonus minor powers, as does Psy Rating 2. This is assuming that he had WP 40 when he took both talents, of course.
