It will not open unless the dreamer inside chooses it to. It is a DC 40 strength check to shove open If it is destroyed, another door will appear 1d4 rounds later (but it will be open). The dreamer, while in the room, will not need to eat.
Once the DC to leave the room hits 30, the dreamer begins to experience suicidal thoughts. Every time he wakes up from a dreaming session he will have to make another will save (DC 10) not to throw himself off the balcony. The DC for the suicide check will increase in the same way that the DC to leave the room does (that check will also keep increasing). If he fails the check he will jump off the edge and die. If he's lucky and any other PCs are in the room, they may try to save him, but he will stop at nothing to kill himself. If removed from the room at that point, the time required to keep the PC from running back to the room is one week. There is no save too keep from running at that point. Even if kept from the room, during those seven days the dreamer will constantly attempt suicide by other means. He will have to be restrained and watched the entire time.
If the PCs leave the room before anyone uses the bed, even if they witness the girl committing suicide, nothing will happen to them.
