I need pics of Warriors who obviously don't use magic. I don't care if it's only the sword that's magic, it's too much. Just give me martial characters in the most literal sense.

>>16730173 You know, this reminds me of a story from Norse myth, about the cursed blade Tyrfing. It's an uber-sword...But it's cursed with an insatiable bloodlust, and you'll kill at least one member of your family each time you use it. After many owners, it ends up in the hands of Angatavar, a death-seeking berserker, who gets cornered- Along with his 2,000 men- against an army of 200,000.
Even though he was told *never* to draw Tyrfing, he has nothing left to lose...So he draws it.
That day, he kills everyone on the field. *Everyone*. The enemy, his own men, his brothers. And Tyrfing still doesn't let him die, until, in desperation, he turns Tyrfing on himself, cutting through his body and the rock beneath.

>>16731188 Do you know what that's supposed to be of?
The cuirass and helmet of the man on the left looks Etruscan, their swords, the spear, and the shield look Celtic, and the two on the left have great bushy beards, which the Celts would not. Also, the ensemble on the right looks more like a medieval outfit than ancient. It looks like it's supposed to be Celtic, but there are a bunch of conflicting things going on.
Anonymous
>>16731131 Well, im not a expert about Ancient Weapons and armours, but the helmet of that ethiopian resemble more a post-german invasions, than the typical bronze helmet of the greece anr rome(500Bc-50bc). I thinck it's a warrior of around 6A.C.
Oberst Viktor Morte !!ykBT/VPi6OO
Quoted By:
>>16731240 Well, you're actually right about the helmet, which looks like it would belong more in the fifth century than in the Hellenistic era, more into the decline of Rome. However, it should be noted that the Spangenhelm style of helmet originated as a Sassanid design which creeped into Roman designs which in turn influenced Germanic designs.
By the strict design of the helmet, it is more likely that it was attained by Nicaean Vandals, which would date him to the late fifth century. Good spotting!

It's funny, but with those armours, the knight was able to move without much problems, contrary to the popular believe. But it's true too than some people think than Medieval sword where heavy weighted (some fouls claim near 50 kg, in some forums I visited) so...
