Tactics:
You go first. You deal ~45 damage by throwing bottles at someone. That person dies. Even without SA, you're at least dealing 3d6+3 which isn't too shit.
Other uses:
Minesweeping, sneaking into places, dispelling (a "Device" includes any magical effect with a non-instantaneous duration. You can seriously disable a wall of force or a confusion spell), and eventually, climbing into people's anuses.
Story:
