Hunter - the Vigil.

Because my players are to retarted ("What the fuck is the HADGE? Don't get it.") and RANDUM ("I guess I'll just go kill some d00ds to feed on fear, lol!") to play Changelings.

So, I'd like to hear your ideas for the first hunt.

Hunter The Vigil is, to be honest, a pretty bad game so far. Hunters make decent antagonists in other games, but as PCs you're better with a simple human game and incorporating relics and abilities from hunter and supernaturals into that.

Bane spirits infesting members of their family. Force them to find a non-violent way to exorcise the spirit, while having to deal with someone who has no regard for their well being.

Throw in encounters with the cops, lots of them. Gun shots, people running around screaming about ghosts and demons, that will attract cops. Force them to learn to be stealthy in hunting their prey.

Throw in heavy social interaction. Make it that there is a priest somewhere in the city who knows how to perform the exorcism, but (GASP) gets struck down before he is able to do it, making the characters have to decipher is journal

After solving that, make the required reagent something hard or weird. I always like "The blood tear of an elder vampire" cause that in and of itself makes for a whole new arch.

I love that a solo hunter with 60xp can kill an entire werewolf or vampire pack if he survives for a single action.
