If someone (like a paladin) gets turned to stone by a medusa or such, and you removed their limbs and then took the limbs off another statue/victim and glued them onto the first statue, could you end up with all sorts of awesome possibilities when that person got restored to flesh?

For example: if a normal human has his/her arms and legs replaced with a dragonborn's, would he be half-dragonborn when he was restored?
