I think 5 sets would be good.

That should give you two big squad of choppa boyz and leave you enough to make a 20 man shoota squad for objective holding.

For 1500, enough to run 3 full squads of 30, then have a squad of 20 or-so Grots as 'bait', then have a Mek w/ KFF and commence the winning. In 1850 or 2000 its best to run 4 squads w/ Grots
