I'm looking for more classic monster manual illustrations similar to this one. I'm working on a project for my dad who used to play way back when d&d was still new.

This image is the only one I can find with google image search.

I know this isn't /r/ but I thought you guys would have some more information about maybe where online to find some more images or what book specifically this image is from so I can look for one.

for example i remember one of the images from my dads book with this guy in a dungeon and worms are crawling out of his arm, which scared the shit out of me when i was little.
