Marvel Legends Icons Series 2 Hulk is your best bet.

Closest thing to that would probably be Toybiz's Marvel Legends Hulk, from wave 1. IIRC, there are two variants, one with straight fingers and one with posable fingers (pictured).

Also, you might not want to reject a figure based solely on whether or not it has accessories/BAF parts. If you don't want to keep the BAF parts, there's nothing stopping you from selling them to a local comic shop for a dollar or two, or even selling them on /toy/'s own BST. Likewise, you can always keep any accessories/base in the packaging.

Why are so many of your requirements things it can't come with? If it does and the price is still good enough for you to be okay with it for just the figure, you can throw the extra parts out or whatever you want.

I say this because there is a figure that's basically what you want, but it comes with a display base and a BAF part.
