I had two of these guys when I was younger. The sat on purple pedestals. The bottoms were removable and contained small rubbery skulls that attached to the base of the figure. There was some sort of battle game element to it. The figures were maybe 1.5 inches tall and the pedestals were 2-2.5 I think.
The two I had were Jazzrax and Attilac and google was little help with the names. Halp me, /toy/. You're my only hope!
