There was a thread a while back about legit stores, and this site looks a lot like another site that apparently had a few copies itself. They all had similar layouts, and the prices are way too good to be true (Gundam 00 S2 for $15? sounds legit to me).
I'm not going to say that the store isn't legit, but I'd be pretty wary if I were you. In my experience, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

This is supposed to be the Strike Witches OVA, dubbed in English... Except I'm fairly sure that the OVA wasn't dubbed.
They're also selling a Beelzebub OVA, which doesn't exist. This looks to be the cover to the manga's first volume, but with OVA and a sticker slapped on.

Still the info on the pages is kinda off, like saying that a 30 minute OVA runs for 12 episodes, and so on and so on.

Apparently, the parent company owns multiple anime sites, there's at least three or four cases of items not being received over the course of 4 years, the address they give is a mailbox in the middle of an intersection and they've only owned the domain for 5 years but claim to have been around for 15.

This combined with damn good prices and the lack of option to pay with Paypal makes this more than a little suspect.
