BBTS has them in stock, but I live outside US and if I want them, I have to pay ridiculous shipping than will double the price, so I want to know if they are worth it.

How is the quality? How they look in hand? Can you post some pics to show faces, poseability etc?

And where do I find good reviews for such toys? I collect mostly transformers, shinki and revoltechs, so I really don't know where to look for stuff like Mass Effect figures. That's why I ask /toy/.

I saw the full set at my local comic shop. I only bought Tali and I'm slightly disappointed by the articulation. No ankle articulation and the arms have no swivel joints so the arms are always out to the side. I would have liked to have had a translucent face mask as well. I was planning on going back for Grunt but now I'm having second thoughts after opening Tali.

I'm torn. I want a Tali, but I'm so disappointed with DC's handling of everything about this line, that I'm not sure I want to shell out twenty bucks for a figure that I don't absolutely like. BioWare did say they were through with DC Direct and their lack of professionalism. Maybe I'll wait and hope that whatever toy company they hook up with next does a better job.

I remember having tali on preorder on amazon many months ago but they canceled it. I guess I should buy it now.

Thanks for the pics. Looks like Tali is the only decent figure in a bunch. Shep is even uglier than he is in the game, Grunt looks derpy and Thane is humpbacked. What a shame... Though I think Tali is the most important for majority of people, so it's a good thing. Too bad I wanted Grunt and Thane the most.

Purchased my Shepard recently. Passed on the other three because they just didn't look very good.

It's nice to finally have a Shepard figure, and I'd say they captured his facial features fairly well. It's not perfect, but it's not as bad as some may suggest.

The assault rifle doesn't fit that nicely in Shepard's hands, but it manages to rest on them at least. Look out for the paintjobs, because there were some really shoddy applications on other Shepards.

There are some glaring issues with the figure though, such as the possibility of the helmet being crushed in the packaging, and it can be pretty tasking getting it to fit if you want to take care. Also, his right shoulder armour just popped off and I'm not entirely sure that should happen due to the glue marks which were left.

His stand is a typical circular one, with one peg - meaning his other leg is either resting on a different surface, or posed in the air.

All in all, it isn't terrible. It just could've been so much more. I'd suggest getting Shepard at least, got mine from work at £18.99, but I had my staff discount which was encouraged me to purchase it even more.
