Get a Stretch Strike Venom any way you can. He is...simply awesome. Yes I realize he has eyes and is grayish-brown with purple glitter effects. That doesn't detract from him one bit! His stretchy arm turns and acts like the one on that TheBatman Clayface. The face on there is sculpted better than the figure's too!

Go to Michaels and pick up some plastic coated craft wire, white works. Measure out a 4-foot length then fold it over to make two feet allowing for a small loop at the end. Kinda twist it together, lightly. Then from the end start wrapping more wire over that in a tight spiral, then loose, double back to make the webbing knots. Continue until your fingers are sore or you got to the end and made some badass webline.

I can't seem to wrap it tightly enough so it looks like comic webbing tho. I've collected a bunch of those and even tried to buy spools of it. But for some reason it resists my attempts to look like scale webbing except when used with the 18" spidey, argh!

Gargan's symbol changed to the classic one when he joined the Dark Avengers so it's accurate. And yeah, Gargan had the tongue.

I for one really liked Gargan Venom, both the look and the character, the guy was a fucking douche and it was great.
I'll be heading down to TRU tomorrow to look for this figure.

How did you go about switching the legs and painting them? If it's simple enough for a first timer I will definitely get both of those.

I'm pretty sure I just heated and popped the legs off of the hips and swapped them. But there's some line-design on Sabe's legs you need to sand off before painting.
