I don't recall how /toy/ really feels about DIY plushies, but for those interested, I just finished one of the many presents I'm giving to friends of mine. Yeah it's really "home-made" which is a nice way for saying shitty, but when I'm making one for each friend of mine and customized per person, it's an ass load of work.

Yep, this one is for a particular female friend of mine, so I made this a lady one. Yeah the eye lashes are kinda iffy, but I had fun making this one. Now I just need to make 6 or so more for my other friends

Thanks. Yeah, the clamps are two trapezoid shaped pieces with a long strip to go around one, then the other. I just stitched them on and hotglued little yellow circles over them to cover up the messy stitching. I thought it was really easy, because there are no round parts (which is what gets me, I can't make round patterns to save my life).

You should get one of those pencils that write on fabric than can be wiped or washed off. Then you just use a compass with that bad boy or get a round object like a can. I admit my only real skill at sewing is doing it in a straight line, so I relate with the problem
