i was kb toys tonight by accident, and they had like 15 of these jazwares johnny cages warming the pegs. nobody else, just a ton of johnny cage. they were only $7.99, which seemed awfully cheap for kb toys (they still had indiana jones figs at like $8.99 for some insane reason).

anyway, should i have bought one? the articulation looks pretty good but i'd rather have a different character.

I picked some of these up but really I'm not impressed. The articulation is 'meh' once you've had a DC Universe or ML fig and the sculpt seems soft. I even thought of swiping Scorp/Johnny's head for another body but even the heads don't look that great. I'm holding out for another company to pick up the liscence someday. DC vs Mortal Kombat anyone? Mattel? Hello?

I have a few of these mortal kombat toys, and they arent so great. Even some of the better characters are pretty lame. Unfortunately, the articulation is such that you cant really put them into any cool "Fighting" poses without it seeming akward.
