I have a question that's been on my mind for a long time.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND OUT WHO MADE THE AWESOME BOX-ART FOR FIGURES OF THE 90's AND 80's???
The images used to be so epic and I remember them fondly, however I would love to see other selections in their portfolios. Please /toy/ help me get some names.

Pic Related: I would pay money to know who did the art for the old Mighty Max line.

www.botchthecrab.com has all the G1 package art. But typically, I think package artwork tends to go uncredited a lot of the time...

Thanks, I know that it goes uncredited, but I hoped that galloob, matel, etc. might have kept public records of staff artists.

i have the box cover for the old board game darkworld on my wall, and i've been trying for several years to find out who painted it.

there are even a lot of novels and other books that don't credit the cover artist, and it drives me nuts. many of the artists were not freelancers, they actually worked for the game company or the publisher and everything they painted became property of their employer, so there name is rarely given.
