>>330687That's easy, if you're not afraid of using painting skills an eight year old has mastered.
A light gray (white and gray paint) paint to give them a pale face and other skin surfaces. Simple, natural death zombies.
Prepping that is just cleaning the figure with Dawn (or dial and whatever jin recommended in that thread).
Mixing the paint with a thinner (rubbing alcohol works) til it's like milk.
Add layers of paint until you think it looks right for someone who's been dead for years.
You can then dry brush (dip brush in the milky paint then wipe off a little til brush is almost dry) black paint on them to give them a dirty look. I would suggest laying them down for this process so that the black can pool in their eyes and other orfices for the extra dirty look. You can always wipe off anything before it drys.
Use acryllics. All of your work can be reversed with windex or the alcohol (soaking fig in container for a while) and a toothbrush.
Use xacto blades to carve out holes or give them slashes... if you don't mind something permanent. Heated pins also work well for supposed metallic or armored surfaces.
It doesn't need to look pretty or detailed since they're just the rotting undead.
I did this all when i was 10 or 11 with shitty Unifighters, who were brightly colored GI Joe knockoffs who combined to make vehicles.
