My collection is mostly Transformers, so my first thought was MP Prime. He's the biggest, heaviest (thanks to the shitton of unnecessary die-cast), and one of the strongest Autobots in fiction. In terms of size, my next closest is the relatively frail MP Starscream (who would get his ass kicked by Prime in a fight, most likely) and a KO Devastator.
But, giving it some thought, I'm thinking either Binaltech Battle Ravage or Real Gear Robot Booster X10. Booster is, for all intents and purposes, an upgraded Laserbeak. And in an episode of Transformers, Laserbeak managed to take out both Optimus Prime and Starscream... my two most dangerous toys.
Binaltech Battle Ravage would have invincibility, intelligence, and die-cast for a bit more durability, plus more guns than you can shake a stick at. I also have an Alternators version of the same character, but I do think the die-cast would give him an edge.
