WTF Slipstream gets a 25th anniversery figure?

When did this happen? I thought the 25th Anniversary Conquest toy was supposed to come with an repainted Ace figure? Did they change it at the last minute to give us Slipstream instead? And if so, can someone post photos of the figure?

Ace comes in a Comic Pack. The Conquest includes Slip Stream because he was the original pilot. It was always scheduled to include him.

If you're gonna be pissed be pissed at something legitimate, like Slipstream having absolutely no original parts.

Normally Im okay with repaints, but Hasbro is getting especially obnoxious with them in this line.

Why do newer GI joe vehicles come almost fully assembled out of the box? Half of the fun was putting together the fucking toys.
