Actually it's made by Atelier Sai and Kotobukiya probably handles distro and licensing. You can tell because the joints are compatible with their other numerous snap kits.
How do I know? Call it an educated guess.

Yeah I have the ARX-8 but was hoping this thing had better articulation.
I was going to do a review for /toy/ like I did with 00 robot damashii but there's not much point.
As a standalone kit for ARX-7 fans it's not very good. Single color mold, resticted hip joints, lack of accessories and bad pegs for some of the armor parts.
If you have other atelier sai stuff it's not bad for more mecha parts to make stuff with. The Reijin kit released with it I like a bit more.
