If you wanted obscure Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z characters as action figures, then unless you were an obsessed collector back in 1999, and you managed to collect all the toys Irwin Toys made, I'm afraid you will forever be out of luck, but hell, it'd be hard to beat Irwin's output. They made practically EVERYBODY into an action figure, and then made those nifty Dragon Ball display stand figures like the one shown here.
