This was my first year going out to see what Black Friday was all about. Holy shit goddamn

I didn't come away with much. I was mainly taking advantage of the actually-stocked inventory, hoping to get ahold of the Super Legend MMPR Megazord figure, but no luck there. They did have the newer wave of TFU figures, finally, so I grabbed an Ironhide and Sentinel Prime and called it a day. I also saw Guitar Hero figures, which I had no idea existed, moms wheeling around carts of Bakugan bullshit, and some big fat guy with a big, red, neckbeard. In between all this I got trapped in the aisles at least 5 times.

So anyway, folks, let's have a BF haul/general thread.

I was going to buy a couple 50% off Aquaraiders LEGOs, but I kinda decided against it in-store. Somehow, I just don't get the kick out of LEGO I once did, and should.

Although, apart from the shit day at work, the new girl at work was hitting on me hardcore, and this Girl from temt in the line at Boost juice gave me her number.
I also got god of war: chains of olympus for $17, when the tag said $27.
It was pretty so-so.

Unfortunately my Black Friday haul isn't /toy/ related. Not yet at least, that one seller that sells a bunch of Revoltechs through Amazon is having a sale, and I might take advantage of it.

So right now my haul is just a copy of the PC version of Left 4 Dead for $20 and Luminous Arc 2 for $30 thanks to Amazon.

Did the whole wake up at 2 for the awesome shit tactic, Was kinda pointless but I enjoy it and i had a nice time, got a new computer, Shitloads of pirate legos and starwars legos, I was so completely ready for like full pegs of marvel legends and stuff from waves back and DCu but Didn't see any rulk ML or any DCU whatsoever, i mean man fuck. What I did find was the entire Walmart exclusive marvel legends wave with funny pose scarlet spider and nova blast torchy. all in all was good, but good thing is all was totally easy and painless although i did almost get beat up by an old Asian lady cause I took one of her computers that was on sale cause it was the last one and it was "One per household' . But it's like 10 and all my shopping is totally done so I' happy about that.

Yeah, I mised out on the Energon/Cybertron lines, and I'm now playing catch up. It's nice that Target and Costco are releasing some of those figures as Universe exclusives.
On a side note. I'm a little BAWWWW at the fact I didn't see the Superion/Bruticus Sets at all. However, did already pick up the Stealth Lockdown/Rescue Ratchet set on the 22nd.

Now just need to weasel my way into Sams Club for that Armada Bendy Prime repaint...

A Wal-Mart worker died after being trampled when hundreds of shoppers smashed through the doors of a Long Island store Friday morning, police and witnesses said.

The 34-year-old worker, employed as an overnight stock clerk, tried to hold back the unruly crowds just after the Valley Stream store opened at 5 a.m.

Witnesses said the surging throngs of shoppers knocked the man down. He fell and was stepped on. As he gasped for air, shoppers ran over and around him.

"He was bum-rushed by 200 people," said Jimmy Overby, 43, a co-worker. "They took the doors off the hinges. He was trampled and killed in front of me. They took me down too...I literally had to fight people off my back."

The unidentified victim was rushed to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:03 a.m., police said.

The cause of death was pending.

A 28-year-old pregnant woman was knocked to the floor during the mad rush. She was hospitalized for observation, police said.

Three other shoppers suffered minor injuries, cops said.

Before police shut down the store, eager shoppers streamed past emergency crews as they worked furiously to save the store clerk's life.

"They were working on him, but you could see he was dead, said Halcyon Alexander, 29. "People were still coming through."

Only a few stopped.

"They're savages," said shopper Kimberly Cribbs, 27. "It's sad. It's terrible."

I got Stealth Lockdown and Armorhide. I got out to the stores too late and missed any chance of actually finding Wave 4 of TF:A figures, because the part of Illinois I'm in has been dry for months. This was my first Black Friday experience and it was horrifying. Aisles full of parents trying to figure out what the fuck their kids want and empty bins as far as the eye can see where DVDs were marked down to $5.00. Goddamn, this sucks.

Went to our largest mall and we found every single Spider-Man figure of the new line. Buddy bought Iron Spidey see through plastic variant, while there were still around five of the normal one on the shelf. I'm thinking of going back and making the Iron Spidey MVP clone team from Initiative.
Carnage all over the shelf and even some other rare finds. Our FYE had G.I.Joes and an armored Cobra Commander figure.

Hit up a wal-mart looking for some Gloss Black spraypaint (They were sold out...WTF. Stupid Anaheim.) and found MOVIE MASTERS GOTHAM THUG. HELL TO THE YES. Had a bent arm, but nothing boiling water didn't fix. And DAMN did it fix it.
