First of all, Sculpey recommends 130C/275 F for 15 minutes per 1/4th inch. I usually bake at that, but alter the time depending on model. I generally go for 20-30 minutes, let it cool, Then add increments of 15 if it still seems weak. Remember to let it cool all the way before you test the strength.
Does she have an armature? Most of my pieces are built around thick wire and aluminum foil. The more solid junk inside her (hur hur hur), the less time you're gonna need to bake.
It'll also depend on the oven. One time I had to finish a piece in this crappy toaster oven and all the thin parts near the edge burned.
I'll assume you're going to paint it, so besides the initial smell burning shouldn't be a problem.
Oh, and I hope to God you didn't actually build her around a toy. Because, obviously, plastic will melt in the oven.
