It says they come as a "Display Box of 8" but only 5 different figures are shown, and how big are they?

I have Rika. They're about two and 1/2 inches tall. Even though they come with various heads, I suggest that you don't change them often because I've seen pics from JP sites that showed their ball joint neck broken. So pic the head you like the most and leave it there.
