Japan doesn't hire so many, anymore. But yes, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Korea, PNG and so on. It's not such a glorious life though. I don't understand why Americans don't just move to Canada or Mexico. They're neighboring countries, so easy for you to move to. Although if I was in America and wanted to leave i'd probably go to Argentina.

Otherwise, no country will receive you. Not a single one.

Mexico.
Despite what you may think, the violence is not as bad as you may think, and the Cartels don't even deal with civilians.
The average salary of the Top 25% in Mexico City is about $120,000 U.S.D, and middle-upper class is almost guaranteed if you have a degree (but isn't that the truth for almost all countries?).
If you want to relax, Mexico's beaches are awesome.

France and Spain are also good options, thanks to the UK and whatnot.

Hong Kong could be an option too, if you're willing to work hard and long, and to lead an active lifestyle (Lots of people, LOTS of High-Rise). The pay is excellent. HK is the place where you go when you are young and ambitious.

Can you get by in Hong Kong with English and like, a month or two of basic mandarin? (ie, can say 'I buy/don't buy this', 'this is/is not good' etc)

Or do you need to go full chink to stand a chance?

Hong Kong speaks Cantonese, not Mandarin.
However, you will do just fine with English as everyone speaks it there and everything is written in both English and Cantonese.

I live in singapore, good place to settle down.
Find a "Sarong Party Girl" women that like caucasian men. most singaporeans speak english, but its not a courteous society. especially when taking public transport.

nope go to america tons of people with no jobs that even have good degrees like law etc

Most expat jobs would require Mandarin before Cantonese. All the law and finance stuff deals with mainland deals.

Singapore has really strict requirements on who they'll let in. I wish I could go, but there's a market for about a dozen people in my line of work in Singapore, and there are about a dozen of us there already.
