Hey /trv/ Im going to do a college in Canada and I have to choose a city to live while that. I dont know shit about any Canadian city. Help me pick one?

Details:

-College is gonna be marketing or commerce.
-City shouldnt be that big. I even would go as far to say a small city would be better.
-Jobs, i need to help paying for the college.
-Not that much immigrants if possible. I wanna leave my country far behind and dont have to talk to the old people I used too.
- I dont speak French but Im able to learn.
- I would preffer to rent a place than to live with a family so rent prices shold be low if possible.
- I think most of Canada is cold, but I want cold climate almost all year and fucking snow everywhere sometimes.
- Good public transport.
