I'm planning my trip to NYC. I'll be staying there for one month. I need some info about costs.
Do you think I could find accomodation in apartment (with roommates) for 400-500$ per month? For European standards even that is enough for one whole fine apartment, but NYC seem to have high costs, so this maybe won't even be enough for shared apartment or room only.
How much should I spend on food everyday? I'm thinking about 10-15 $, eating cheap junk food and drinks. I don't drink coffee. I don't know about prices in NYC but there must be some cheap food around, in supermarkets or street food.
What about budget for one night of 'going out' there? Drinking, clubs...I'm interested in average budget cost, nothing fancy.
I think I will bring 1700 $ for whole month which should cover apartment costs, food and few nights of partying. Do you think it is possible or should I find another destination lol?
