Google search "Princeton Russian course" and click on the first result (should be a blog) if you're serious about it. The guy who wrote that course released it on the net because they stopped using it. It's literally a free Princeton course with audio for every lesson, that would normally cost a fortune to attend. Sans the teacher and having to go to class obviously.
Then again, what do you mean by "basic spoken conversational" Russian? If you just want to learn a few phrases to help you get around or something, just get one of those travel guides or "Russian language for dummies" books from your local chapters.
