wtf, I recieved a ticket for parking 0.15m from the curb, the charge was $30. what the fuck is that all about, I have no idea what that means,

This is from Ontario, Canada in the town of Bolton. any help from people around the are would be golden. the question i have is, is there a way to appeal this ticket online? it's only $30 so i'd be fucked to drive, waste gas and show up at some dumb court.
