1. California. I'm happy here but I've always been interested in moving and working outside the US, preferably Europe

3) Perth, Australia. Moved there for a job, and was disappointed all around. Coming from NZ, I was expecting everywhere in Australia to be more developed, but infrastructure, commerce, weather and working conditions are just lacking. Can't slight the people though, they were lovely.

Go to Guanajuato, it's a small old Spanish mining town, i went there for 6 weeks to learn spanish through don quixote schools, stayed with a family, it was fucking awesome, you feel like you're in europe, but everything is cheap (i've traveled to europe extensively)

1. california, happy here yes, but feel it's time for a country change

2. a small irish town (probably would only like it for a few months though)

3. probably belgium, it was still good though

Basically, I just want to /trv/l the world, live in places that are cheap so I don't have to work as much, eat delicious food, and fuck hot girls. Not doing so bad so far.

Well, because in the winter the sun rarely shines. When it snows, it's not like this beautiful winter wonderland - everything quickly turns into a dirty, slushy piece of shit. There's only a few cool cities in the middle of Redneckville. In some cities, the only real thing people do is get drunk. Fucking idiot fight over Ohio State vs Michigan state. Like fist fights. Seriously. At OSU, they have the "freshman 50" instead of the "freshman 15". Besides that, there's not a whole lot of hilly areas to backpack, although there's some great parks.

I love London and much of Britain, every time I come back I see things unique to Britain that I miss, but I'm glad I left.

It's society that's the problem, people are so greedy, selfish and single-minded. Without sounding like a Surrey snob, I think that the problem has been that because of the property boom, people have been spending money that they never earnt. The boom helped to create a new class of people who have been able to live the kind of life that previous generations would have had to work their ass off for. These people changed Britain as we knew it, they became a core part of the (credit) economy and as a result became the target audience for the media and marketers. There's a lot more too it than that of course (immigration, decline of industry, universities and jobs mixing up the population (leading to the decline of local communities), supermarkets and the desire for cheap, imported goods).

Anyway, sorry to go off topic.

Manhattan, New York. I'm very happy, I live in lower Manhattan and love the neighbourhood. For a young, single guy like myself, New York is perfect. I work online, so I'm lucky enough to be able to move pretty much where and when I want. My plan is to get a greencard, then buy an apartment and sublet it so I can go and experience other countries.

If my sublet plan works out, my list currently consists of Santiago in Chile, Tel Aviv (I have friends who live and love it there), Tokyo and somewhere in the south of France, maybe Montpellier or Nice.

3. Never been out of the country so I can't really answer this. However, if I lived in a small New Zealand town I think I would kill myself. Boring as fuck. The cities are good though, especially Auckland, Wellington, Napier and Dunedin.

I live in Eastern Washington. I love it here. I like visiting other parts of the world but i can honestly say that given the choice i would live here rather than pretty much anywhere i have visited. the only place I visited that I liked as much as Washington was Finland. then again, I visited in may, so the night was four hours long.

I would like to live in Eastern Washington. Maybe Western Washington except that it is full of infuriating retards. I wouldn't turn down the Idaho Panhandle though. All of these paces are beautiful and familiar, and i can visit other parts of the world relatively easily from there.

the Banlieus outside of Paris and the 10th Arrondesmont (sp?) kinda sucked. I'm not even sure why i was there. I enjoyed visiting England, but the nanny state is absolutely infuriating, with its draconian weapons laws and constant surveillance and lack of a fourth amendment, so no way in hell would i live there.
