say i was a billionaire and wanted to build a "jurassic park" type attraction with my money.

what would be the largest island i could buy, or at least "take control" of?

some requirements:

-must be large enough to accommodate facilities, a hotel, and of course roaming grounds for hypothetical dinosaurs

-must have a permanent population of 900 people or less

-must be in a tropical or sub tropical climate zone

-a variety of hills, fields, and rivers are a plus
