I've read/heard many reports of racism directed at foreigners by the locals of Qatar. Some things I've found via google:

>"I realized that Qatar is probably the only country where alot of people are racist. It's like an explosion of racism here, its not like its happening behind people, but in their faces."

>"Arabs against south east asians, white people against arabs, south east asians against each other, arabs against each other."

I've never been there, but have been to the UAE and Bahrain. Just wondering what /trv/'s thoughts on this are?
