Mine is Andy Sipowicz of NYPD Blue fame. Just the most obnoxious, sanctimonious idiot with a stiff upper lip and disrespect to any other human beings that are not him. Dennis Franz portrayed this guy so perfectly with his fucked up attitude towards suspects, fingerpointing and calling every single person (even his own informants) a lowlife, skel, or dirtbag, that i was mentally ready to kill him on sight. He's a fucking bully, fuck him, and he was ruining even good stories with his presence and cliched character.
