The Silence created the doctor in the form of a girl with the future's doctor DNA and Amy as surrogate mother, which then died outside the life support suit and regenerated into the first doctor.

The Valeyard and The Rani had a baby and it was delivered by The Master and raised by the Silence on the TARDIS from The Lodger so she can fix the cracks in time.

Turns out it wasn't necessary because The Doctor is alpha as fuck.

The Silence created the time cracks to break the time lock around Gallifrey so they could steal a Time Lord child. The Doctor then closed the cracks but the Silence had already got what they wanted. During the Day of the Moon the Time Lord child managed to escape and now the Silence are trying to track her down before the Doctor does.

Why did the Silence wanted a Time Lord child? I don't know.

Little girl is River.

Calling it right now.. She came to Earth in the TARDIS that was buried underground (Possibly from The Lodger) and due to the presence of the Silents and overexposure to them (Due to them being underground) she forgot that it was there after she had locked it.

The Silents take her in and look after her so they can leave Earth and explore space and time for more technology, believing (and rightfully so) that she is the key to making the TARDIS function.

She escapes (As seen from this episode) and regenerates into the River we know now.

River isn't a Time Lady though.
The Silence ship is LIKE a TARDIS, not a TARDIS, it's implied it's built by someone other than the Time Lords and not the Silence since they are parasites.

Also, the plural of a Silent is Silence, not Silents you fool.

The little girl is River who is a time lord but she used up her regenerations by falling through the time crack and turning into Amy who was impregnated by the Master and then her baby was eaten by the Tardis and became the Rani who killed the Doctor and then regenerated into Rory who impregnated River and she gave birth to the Doctor who was cloned and then his daughter regenerated into the little girl.

She is going to regenerate into Amy.

Amy is a Time Lord.

The Silence are chasing her because they need her, and so The Doctor changes her DNA structure with the Chameleon Arch to make her appear human. The Doctor doesn't know all this yet, because of being a time traveller and all that. The Tardis wasn't sure if Amy was pregnant because the baby is half Time Lord and half Human although the Chameleon Arch is trying to hide that fact and it's fucking up the TARDIS's babby checker.

Ok, think about this: The Silence are basically parasites. They find a life form, take or copy their tech since they don't have\need any of their own, advance the culture and society so they get better tech made for them, then (probably) move on.

Now, my point: The Silence were building a TARDIS. TIME LORD TECH. They were on Gallifrey.

And since it was in amongst all the pictures of the space girl theres only really two logical possibilities. The girl is Amy or the girl is Amy's daughter, and the show is hinting very heavily towards the latter.

The Silence are really best when the characters don't know they are there and the audience is only semi-aware of them. Like the Doctor said, something glimpsed out of the corner of your eye. A moment where one of the characters seems to react to something and then forget about it, and it leaves you wondering.

This kind of thing I would have liked to see threaded over say 5 seasons and then finish the series, I know they have been trying to make things more serious and focused but with the past teetering on them it can feel gimmicky.
