Part of what children are being taught is that science changes. Faith doesn't, however, not really. Science is always fact, even when it's theory, because it's PRESENTED as theory, and that's factual. Truthful. We accept that there's more to learn.
Religions don't teach theism as a theological plausibility, however, they teach it as truth. There's no comparing beliefs with that of others to reason why on god is more worthy of worship than another or anything of that kind.
