This is one of the most exciting pilot seasons in years. It's sad that a lot of the promising sci-fi shows aren't looking very likely to get picked up but it's at least nice that the standard procedurals aren't looking likely either.
I think I'm most sad about the Jason Isaccs' pilot REM from Kyle Killen, creator of this seasons' best new show Lonestar.

It's just sort of silly to include those since they're not really in contention with the network pilots and they are coming out at all times of the year.
